Here at the Pet Emporium, you can be assured that your dog is in good hands. We provide 24 hours air-conditioning, tender loving care and playtime. Dogs stay in individual playpens roughly the size of 190cm by 90cm.

When sending your dog for boarding, let us know all about your dog's perks and quirks, so that we can make his stay as enjoyable as possible. Please provide us with written instructions on your dog’s routine i.e. how much to feed, toilet habits etc. Not sure what to prepare? Please refer to our FAQ section.

Please note that for all dogs staying with us, we have a mandatory anti-tick treatment for all dogs, chargeable at $15. It is strongly recommended that if your dog is on a spot-on tick preventive program, that you apply the spot on at least 3 days before boarding.

Boarding rates per day are charged inclusive of the day the dog is checked in and inclusive of the day the dog is checked out.

We do not provide food so please bring along enough of your dog's kibble for the duration of his stay. If you choose not to do so, your dog will be fed a brand of our choice at an additional surcharge of $5 a day. If your dog is on a raw diet or on home cooked food, no issues! Just pass us his food in advance, individually packed and we will prepare it accordingly. *Additional charge of $5 per day. Transport is available at $10 (2 way). Please let us know in advance if transport is required.

Call or email us now to book sleepover slots! We recommend that you book as early as possible as to avoid disappointment. All sleepover arrangements require advance notification. We will not accept any walk in(s).

Read our policies page before confirming your dog's sleepover slot! Confirmation would mean that you have read our policy page and have agreed to The Pet Emporium’s terms and conditions.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject dogs that we are unable to accommodate. For the safety and health of your dog as well as all the other dogs in our care, we are unable to accept dogs that have been ill with any communicable condition in the last 30 days as well as with the following issues (not limited to):

· Any form of aggression, especially towards humans and/or other dogs
· Bitches on heat
· Infestation with fleas & ticks
· Diarrhea
· Kennel cough/Flu
· Transmittable diseases
· Excessive barking
· Pregnant or nursing bitches
· Seizures
· Geriatric dogs
· Cancer
· Collapsed Trachea
· Diabetic
· Severe Separation Anxiety
· Worms
· Severe Hip Displaysia
· Scabies
· Severe heart issues
· Escape Artists*

*For the safety of your dog, we are unable to
accept dogs that are able to climb or jump out
of the playpens we use for fear of injury.
