All grooming services are done by our groomer, Sheryl, who trained in the US and Japan. Care is taken to ensure your pet gets only the finest grooming treatment we can provide. All tables and tools are sterilised before use.

Transport is available at $10 per round trip. Multiple dogs from the same location will only be charged once.

Includes bath and conditioning, nails clipped, ear hair plucked, ears cleaned, trimming of paws, trimming of pads and sanitary clip.

Styling includes shave downs, sporting clips, puppy cut’s and breed trims. Please speak to our groomer on the style you would like for your precious pooch.
For this service, dogs are bathed, blown and brushed only.
We have 4 types of grooming packages.
Bath, basic grooming and full grooming packages are available in a buy 5 for the price of 4 scheme. These packages have a 1 year expiration date.
We also have a special maintenance package that consists of 1 full grooming and 4 basic grooming sessions which has to be completed within 3 months. The maintenance package is meant to work such that your pet comes every 2 to 3 weeks.
For clients who require transport, there is a transport package also available in a buy 4 get 1 free scheme.
Available as an add on service or ala carte, we offer Dead sea mud, as part of our spa services.
The benefits of the dead sea mud and salt are:
• Exfoliates skin (Good for dogs with flaky skin or dull coat)
• Stimulates circulation (helps hair re-growth)
• Removes toxins/impurities from the skin and sooths skin (Good for oily skin, schnauzer bumps, relieving itchiness,skin allergies etc)
• Moisturizes skin and coat to increase natural skin hydration
• Ease muscle stiffness and relax muscles (good for joint pains, arthiritis)
Available as an add on service, this includes the use of colour enhancing shampoos during your dog's bath.
Your dog's dead undercoat is removed to help control shedding.
Available as an add on service, dematting is the brushing out of tangles. This is only available depending on your pooch's coat condition.
Available as an add on service, this service is free for dogs with less than 10 ticks. Dogs with more than 10 ticks will be charged an extra fee of $10. For severely invested dogs, we recommend that you bring your dog to the vet to be deticked.
